Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging where possible. You will also need to provide your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please make sure the return parcel is properly packaged and protected. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as you are responsible for ensuring the item reaches us safely.

If a returned item arrives damaged because it was not packaged securely, or if the item has been used, marked, altered, or is no longer in new condition, we may deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the problem and make it right.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Personalised, custom or made-to-order items

Personalised, customised, special-order, or made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to, products made to a specific size, fabric choice, colour choice, design, or other customer specification.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, where eligible, and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and show the refund in your account.
