We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, product images, colours, fabric textures and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations.
Our acoustic panels may include handmade, assembled, fabric-covered, or made-to-order elements. Small differences in fabric appearance, texture, colour shade, grain, or finish may occur and do not necessarily mean the product is faulty.
Before placing an order, please check the product description, dimensions, colour options, fabric choices and any other specifications carefully.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation or begin processing your order.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, for example if:
- the product is unavailable;
- there has been a pricing or product description error;
- payment is not authorised;
- delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate;
- we suspect fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown on our website in pounds sterling (£ GBP), unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. We do not directly store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, estimated delivery times, processing times and delivery costs are explained in our Delivery Policy and/or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date with you. We will do our best to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but delays may sometimes occur due to courier issues, high demand, material availability, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to deliver your order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you where appropriate.
For UK consumer orders, the goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated to receive them, unless you arrange your own courier independently and that courier is not offered by us.
7. Custom, Personalised and Made-to-Order Products
Some VelCore products may be personalised, customised, specially ordered, or made to your specifications. This may include products made in a specific size, colour, fabric, finish, design, or other customer-selected option.
Custom, personalised, special-order, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return for change of mind once production has started, unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Please check all custom order details carefully before placing your order.
8. Returns and Refunds
Your rights to return items are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible non-custom items, provided the item is unused, in new condition and returned in suitable packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns, unless we have agreed otherwise or the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at dom.sme2003@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it and offer an appropriate solution.
Where required by law, we will offer a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may have legal rights to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

All content on this website, including text, product images, graphics, logos, designs, branding, layout and product descriptions, belongs to VelCore or is used with permission.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Any purchase you make through this website is made directly with VelCore, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by VelCore, our order fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, or customer service.

15. Reviews, Feedback and User Content

Our products are sold for normal domestic, studio, office, commercial or interior acoustic use, depending on the product description. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for your intended installation, wall type, fixing method, fire-safety requirements, building requirements, or professional environment.

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include courier disruption, supply chain issues, severe weather, strikes, accidents, fire, flood, technical failures, or other events beyond our control.
